LanceSoft holds labour leasing and employment agency licenses with national authorities across the world, so your workforce is engaged on real licenses, in the worker’s own country.
LanceSoft EOR pricing starts at $299 per employee per month, flat and published, with contractor management through AOR from $99 per contractor per month. That fee covers the full employment layer: the local contract, payroll processing and filings, statutory benefits administration, ongoing compliance monitoring, the HummingBird platform and a dedicated account team. There are no setup or onboarding charges.
Your total employer of record cost per hire is the management fee plus the employee’s gross salary and the statutory employer contributions of their country, such as social security, pension, insurance and any mandatory bonuses like a thirteenth month. Those statutory costs vary widely by country, which is why we price per country: before you sign, you receive a gross-to-net breakdown showing exactly what the employee costs in their market, with every line stated upfront.
Compared with opening your own entity, the difference is structural. Entity setup means registration, local counsel, a payroll vendor, a registered office and annual audits before your first hire, an investment that typically only pays back beyond roughly 15 to 20 employees in one country. An EOR converts all of that into one monthly fee per employee, so small and mid-size country teams cost a fraction of running your own infrastructure.
