Employer of Record that puts people first.
Hire full-time employees in 100+ countries without opening an entity. On our paper, on your team.
What is an Employer of Record?
An Employer of Record (EOR) is a third-party organization that legally employs workers on behalf of another company. The EOR owns the employment contract, payroll, tax withholding, statutory benefits and labor-law compliance in the worker’s country, while the client company directs the day-to-day work. LanceSoft acts as EOR through self-owned legal entities in 60 countries, with total coverage of 100+ countries.
The model exists because opening a legal entity for a handful of hires makes no sense. Entity registration, local counsel, payroll vendors and benefits benchmarking take months and carry ongoing audit, filing and directorship costs. An EOR compresses all of that into a signature: you find the person, we employ them compliantly, and they work for you from day one.
It matters who actually employs your people. Many providers resell third-party entities, which adds a hidden intermediary between you and your employee. LanceSoft employs your talent on our own paper in 60 countries, with a disclosed partner network covering 50+ more, so accountability never gets diluted.

Quick answers
What is the difference between an EOR and a PEO?
A PEO co-employs and requires your own local entity. An EOR like LanceSoft is the sole legal employer, so you need no entity at all.
Do I still manage my employees?
Yes. You direct the work and performance. LanceSoft owns the legal employment layer: contracts, payroll, taxes, benefits, compliance.
Can employees move to my own entity later?
Yes. When you open your own entity, we manage a clean, compliant transition onto your paper.
Is using an EOR legal?
Yes. EOR is an established, lawful employment model in most countries. LanceSoft operates through registered legal entities and complies with local labor law in every jurisdiction we serve.
How much does an EOR cost?
LanceSoft EOR pricing starts at $299 per employee per month and varies by geography, with zero onboarding fees and zero exit fees. You receive a detailed per-country quote before you sign.
How fast can an employee start through an EOR?
With LanceSoft, a compliant local offer is released on our own entity and the hire is onboarded within 3 working days of acceptance, including documents, background verification and statutory registrations.
